How custom orders work

  1. Share your idea. Tell us the piece or design, the wording or artwork, the quantity and any date you’re working towards.
  2. Agree the details and quote. We’ll review your idea and agree the price, placement and dispatch timing before you order personalised work.
  3. Approve your proof. Custom work begins only after the design and cost are agreed.

Extra text and custom artwork are arranged separately from the standard product purchase. Please contact us before ordering so we can agree what is possible.

Use the enquiry form below for your idea, preferred piece, quantity and any required date. If you already have artwork or a reference image, email it to arohaartisan@gmail.com with your name and a short description of the enquiry.

Showroom collection

Showroom collection is available by appointment. Please call ahead to arrange a time. In-stock items may be collected the same day; items requiring production are usually ready within two working days.
